  They clearly don't care about the customers unless you're in there buying $600 worth of electronics. Called to ask about the restoration fee and was hung up on by some rude man because "Well maybe if you would have listened to the recording, you would have heard that I can't answer those types of questions. You have to call customer support?" He repeated that twice. Okay, hang up on me again AT&T. Your company sucks, and I can't wait until my contract is up in a couple of months so I can finally switch companies.
